 Association of Katsina State Foreign Trained Health Workers awards His Excellency, the former Katsina State Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema Esq in recognition to his tireless effort and sponsorship of the Health personnel for experience extension into different Countries during His regime as Katsina State Governor.


 Barr. Ibrahim Shema was given Health sector priority the time He's serving Katsina State as number one citizen, He sponsored many for extension and even fresher's into different foreign citadel of learning all into actualisation of the betterment to Katsina State People.


 Katsina State Important stalwarts that attend this ceremony include Hon. Hamisu Gambo (Dan-Lawan Katsina), Hon. Salisu Majigiri (Garkuwan Gabas, also Hon. Member NHR), Hon. Muhammad Dutsin-Ma (Hon. Member KTS HA), Mal. Salisu Uli and many more..
