 Distinguish Hon. Hamisu Gambo (Dan-Lawan Katsina) in his speech during the presentation of certificate of participation on "Clinical Skills" to GIAL College of Health Technology & Environmental Sciences Students assures that, his Excellency Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD will insha Allah fix the economic system of Katsina state in soonest time, because the measures he took will definitely stabilize the system in the state Katsina.


"Mal. Dikko Radda and his cabinets at this pointing time prayer should be must to them as they're working tirelessly toward the betterment and economic stability of Katsina state" Dan-Lawan Katsina said.


 Dan-Lawan Katsina inconclusion of his speech appreciates the efforts of his Excellency, the deputy Governor of Katsina state Mal. Faruq Lawal Jobe for being committed in public affairs, Dan-Lawan accolades SGS, COS and other government officials for their dedication in moving Katsina state to the promising land. Congratulations katsina state for having lovers of wisdom in power.
