 DAN-LAWAN KATSINA CONGRATULATES AND ATTENDS TURBANING CEREMONY OF DG NIA, AMB AHMAD RUFA'I ABUBAKAR AS NEW SARDAUNAN KATSINA.

 Earlier today Saturday which opportune to be last day of the year 2022, Distinguish Hon. Hamisu Gambo (Dan-Lawan Katsina) attends the Turbaning ceremony of Ambassador Ahmad Rufa'i Abubakar, DG NIA as new Sardaunan Katsina. The ceremony takes place at Katsina state Emir's palace. 


 His Royal Highness, the Emir of Katsina state Alh. Abdulmumini Kabir Usman presided the Turbaning, and He said the Emirate council of Katsina State give this title to Amb. Ahmad Rufa'i Abubakar base on deserveness and sacrifice he's doing to Nigeria and Nigerian.


Also, Governor Aminu Bello Masari attended the ceremony along with his entourage and other bigwigs of Katsina state and Nigeria at large.
